Our Program Director completes thorough consultations with every new client to ensure your program addresses your specific needs. Your 1-hour consultation includes a tour of the facilities, a meeting with your trainer, and an in-depth discussion about your health and fitness goals.

Individual Sessions

Meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to develop your customized program designed specifically for you!

One-on-one training sessions are 60-minute supervised workouts, where your trainer will monitor every move to ensure you are doing exercises correctly, safely, and getting the best workout possible.

Group Sessions

Our group sessions allow two or more clients to train together with one personal trainer and a trainer’s assistant. Sessions are 60-minute supervised workouts designed for 2-4 people to participate together. Group sessions allow clients to be accompanied by their exercise buddy to motivate and have fun together!

Menopause Fitness

Transitioning through perimenopause and menopause is a unique journey for every woman. Our personalized menopause fitness program is designed to empower you during this transformative phase of life.

With a focus on holistic wellness, our certified trainers create custom exercise routines tailored to your specific needs and goals. From managing weight fluctuations to combating joint and muscle aches and pains to improving bone density, our workouts are crafted to address the challenges commonly associated with menopause. Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness
