Welcome! I’m Anita, a committed ACE-certified personal trainer whose venture into fitness and wellness commenced years ago as an athlete, igniting my passion for helping others achieve their health goals and live their best lives. As a lifelong learner, I pursued continuous education, dedicating over 26 years as a physical therapist assistant, assisting individuals in my community in their journey to recuperation from illness or injury.

With a diverse background and a wealth of experience, I’ve honed my skills to cater to a variety of needs. My certifications in women’s health, menopause fitness, pregnancy, and postpartum care, coupled with expertise in corrective exercise, empower me to address a wide range of fitness concerns with precision and care.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, from aspiring Division 1 athletes to Cirque du Soleil performers, weekend warriors, and active agers. Each individual brings a unique set of goals, challenges, and aspirations, and it’s my mission to provide tailored guidance and support to help them succeed.
